Level 3 Sex Offender Returns to Rochester

The Rochester Police Department has released information about a high risk sex offender who has been in an out of prison a number of times in recent years.

26-year-old Matthew Judy was designated as a Level 3 offender after he was sent to prison for forcibly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in 2006. He was released from prison Monday and is in the Department of Correction’s intensive supervision program.

Judy registered his address as a residence in the 1400 block of 4th Avenue Southeast.
