The head of hospital operations at C-M-H says there is a shortage of doctors all across the country.  From 7:00 a-m to 7:00 p-m that Friday the patients were seen on a walk-in basis at the Raiter Clinic.

Ambulance drivers and nearby emergency rooms were notified.  There were two 9-1-1 calls that day.  Neither was life-threatening and the patients were taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
