Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - A man who was identified as a suspect in a recent armed robbery in Rochester hasn’t been charged with that crime yet - but he is accused of being involved in another one.

A 1st degree aggravated robbery charge has been filed against 25-year-old Byron Rush, who is described as homeless. He is accused of being one of four men who robbed the Fairfield Inn and Suites near Olive Garden on Dec. 9th. One of the men held a gun to the clerk’s head before they made off with $300 in cash. That was one of several robberies reported to police that day.

Rush was arrested earlier this month as a suspect in the Dec 18th robbery of Sun Tan City. He has not yet been charged in that case although another man has.
