Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The fourth and final defendant in a violent home invasion case entered into a plea agreement today in Olmsted County Court.

20-year-old Andre Davenport admitted to a gross misdemeanor charge of 3rd-degree riot for joining with the three other young men as they barged into a residence near the Rochester Community and Technical College campus, where the occupants were threatened at gunpoint. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed 3 felony burglary charges. Davenport was sentenced to 2 years on probation and was ordered to perform 90 hours of community work service.

Two of the other men charged in the case entered into similar deals with the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office, while one pleaded guilty to a felony burglary charge and was given a prison sentence that he is serving concurrently with the 5 year prison term he was given for a manslaughter conviction stemming from a deadly drug overdose in Dodge County in December 2016.
