Red Wing, MN (KROC AM News) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal traffic wreck near Red Wing that involved a motorcycle.

The State Patrol says a car struck a motorcycle that was driving on Highway 61 around 8:30 PM Wednesday. The car was then struck by another vehicle.

The driver of the motorcycle has been identified as a 63-year-old man from Randolph. A 74-year-old woman from Randolph was a passenger on the motorcycle. Their names have not been released and it’s not known if both were killed.

The car that struck the motorcycle was driven by 44-year-old Heather Miller-Nellermoe of Hastings. The State Patrol says she suffered life-threatening injuries. A passenger - 45-year-old Aaron Schultz of Hasting - suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle were not hurt.
