Ostrander, MN (KROC-AM News) -- The Minnesota State Patrol has released the name of the victim of a deadly traffic crash in Fillmore County late Friday afternoon.

The State Patrol says 57-year-old Rochel Buck of Cresco Iowa was killed when the car she was driving collided with a semi-truck on Highway 63 near Ostrander shortly after 4:30 p.m.

The driver of the truck, who was from Independence, Iowa, was not hurt.

It’s unknown if the snow showers that moved across the region around that time contributed to the crash. The State Patrol described the road surface as wet.
