(KROC AM News) -- It looks like singer-songwriter Bob Dylan will accept his Nobel Prize in Literature after all. He broke his silence this week after calling the leader of the Swedish body that selects the winners.

He said the announcement left him "speechless", until now. It said he will show up to accept the award "if it's at all possible".

He was announced as the winner on October 13th for his body of work since the early 60's.  There was speculation he would refuse the award which will be presented on December 10 in Sweden. That, obviously is now not the case.
