Drug Fugitive Caught in NW Rochester Home
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A man wanted on a drug-related warrant was the reason for a large police presence in a northwest Rochester neighborhood Monday.
Police became aware that 43-year-old Julian Portis was at a house located in the 5100 block of 55th Ave NW. Officers went to the home around 3:45 PM and were able to apprehend the fugitive.
Portis was charged in a 2017 drug case and a warrant was issued after he missed his court dates.
