New Ulm, MN -  Pick-ups, boats, tractors and other items will be for sale during a public auction of surplus equipment held by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources at 9:30 a.m. Saturday,  June 13, in New Ulm.

Nearly 165 lots of items will be sold, including automobiles, all-terrain vehicles, tractor implements, boat packages, outboard motors, lawnmowers and trailers.

The auction will be held at the Brown County Fairgrounds, 1200 North State Street, New Ulm. Photos and a list of auction items will be posted 10 days prior to the sale at www.minnbid.org. Bidders may inspect the items on-site from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on June 13.

To avoid standing in line the day of the sale, bidders are encouraged to pre-register for the auction online at www.minnbid.org. It only takes a few minutes and also provides access to information on other auctions conducted by the state of Minnesota.

The sale is being conducted by the state of Minnesota, Department of Administration, Fleet and Surplus Services Division. Auctioneer will be Benoit Auction Service of Dassel.
