Delta Air Lines Employees Get Big Bonus Checks

St. Paul, MN (Learfield)  --  Employees of Delta Airlines have received sizeable profit-sharing checks for a sixth year in a row.  

Workers in the Twin Cities got an average of 16-thousand dollars apiece. The checks were handed out Friday as the result of the most profitable year in Delta's history.  

Delta has more than 75 hundred employees in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.  Moody's Investors Services raised its credit rating Friday, mostly because the air carrier has reduced its debt by more than 10 billion dollars in the last six years.
