WOODBURY, Minn. (AP) — Authorities say one person has died in a fire at a senior care facility in Woodbury. Two other residents and a firefighter were treated for smoke inhalation.

Fire Chief Todd Johnson says there was heavy smoke on the first floor of the Woodbury Healthcare Center when fire crews arrived Friday morning.

WCCO radio reports the center was evacuated. One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were transported for further treatment.
