Deadly ATV Crash in Blooming Prairie
Blooming Prairie, MN (KROC-AM NEWS) - An Austin man died Wednesday afternoon following an ATV crash in Blooming Prairie.
Police in the Steele County city say 32-year-old Nathan McFarland was driving the larger four-wheeler when it collided with a tree. McFarland was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say the cause of his death remains under investigation.
Another man riding in the ATV was taken to the Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin to be treated for non-serious injuries.
