Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - The young man charged with a recent fatal shooting in Rochester made a brief appearance in Olmsted County Court Wednesday morning.

19-year-old Courtney Ocegueda requested an omnibus hearing, which was scheduled on December 1st. He faces second-degree murder and attempted murder charges for the shooting at a southeast Rochester mobile home park on August 31st that killed 22-year-old Trumane Gillmore and wounded 2 other men.

The 2 survivors have been charged with robbing Ocegueda a couple hours before the shooting occurred.

Ocegueda remains jailed on $500,000 conditional bail.
