A strange drunk driving story out of La Crosse over the weekend.

Police arrested a Minnesota man for drunk driving late Friday night and a friend for the same offense about 30 minutes later when she drove the same car.  57-year-old Scott Schwieder of Utica was stopped for driving without headlights. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.13 percent.  After he was taken to jail, 56-year-old Marybeth Buswell of La Crosse was stopped a short time later in the same car and she was arrested for DWI.  Her blood alcohol level was .13 percent.  It was her second drunk driving offense.
