Chief Says Body Cameras Are Useful, But Not Perfect

(KROC AM) --  Rochester Police Chief Roger Peterson was in thie KROC AM studio Wednesday morning with Rich Peterson on Rochester's Good Morning talking about a variety of topics, including body cams.

All officers now are equipped with them and Chief Peterson is pleased overall with how they've worked, but he added they do have their limitations...

There still is a learning process, but the Chief said essentially when officers are taking enforcement action or in an invesitigation mode, the cameras are on.  If not, then they're probably not on.
