BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) — Two people have been charged in the shooting death of a Bloomington teen, and prosecutors say charges against four other suspects are likely.

Nineteen-year-old Megan Christine Cater and 21-year-old Noah John Peterson were each charged Monday with second-degree murder and burglary.

According to the Star Tribune the charges say the six gathered in the parking lot of 19-year-old Cory Elder's apartment building Thursday night with plans to steal drugs and a video game system from him.

Four of them went in. The complaint says one suspect dragged Elder onto a bed, where he fired a shot into his neck.

The complaint says five of the six waived their rights and admitted taking part.

It wasn't immediately clear if Cater or Peterson had attorneys who could comment on their behalf.
