Caledonia Businessman Killed in Motorcycle Crash
Caledonia, MN (KROC-AM News) - An area business owner was the victim of a recent motorcycle crash.
Houston County officials say 46-year-old Paul Schmitz of Caledonia was fatally injured last Saturday afternoon when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed along Houston County Road 4 a couple miles north of Spring Grove.
Schmitz, who was the owner of Schmitz Transportation in Caledonia, later died at a La Crosse hospital.
His funeral will be held Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Caledonia.
