Byron Man Admits to Prostitution Charge
Rochester,MN (KROC-AM News) - A Byron man has been sentenced to two years on probation for a prostitution-related conviction.
62-year-old Mark Donovan today entered a guilty plea to a gross misdemeanor charge stemming from his arrest in January as a result of a prostitution-related sting by Rochester police. He was originally charged with a felony solicitation charge involving a juvenile.
Donovan responded to an online ad posted by vice officers. The sex-related ad claimed to be from a 26-year-old woman who also indicated a 15-year-old girl was available.
