Boys State High School Basketball Tourney Preview

Minneapolis, MN (Learfield) -- The Minnesota Boys State High School Basketball Tournament starts today at Target Center and Williams Arena and goes through Saturday.

Two teams are returning to defend their 2015 championship as both DeLaSalle (Class AAA) and Apple Valley (Class AAAA) both are back in the field.

Here’s the schedule for the Boys High School Basketball Tournament that begins today:

CLASS AAAA – Wednesday @ Target Center

Eden Praire vs Osseo, 10 a.m.
Lakeville North vs Maple Grove, noon
Minneapolis North vs Hopkins, 2 p.m.
Blaine vs Apple Valley, 4 p.m.

CLASS AAA – Wednesday @ Williams Arena

Fridley vs DeLaSalle, 10 a.m.
Monticello vs Chisago Lakes, noon
Simley vs Red Wing, 2 p.m.
Waseca vs Fergus Falls, 4 p.m.

CLASS AA – Wednesday, Target Center & Williams Arena

Dillworth-Glyndon-Felton vs St. Croix Lutheran, 6 p.m. – Target Center
Maple River vs Braham, 8 p.m. – Target Center
Jackson County Central vs Caledonia, 6 p.m. – Williams Arena
Annandale vs Esko, 8 p.m. – Williams Arena

CLASS A – Thursday, Williams Arena

St. Clair vs Minneapolis North Community, 11 a.m.
