Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Rochester man who has been kicked out of the country twice for selling drugs only to sneak back in and sell more.

Authorities suspect 38-year-old Aurelio Resendiz-Bernal has fled to Mexico where he was deported to in 2010 and 2012. He has been convicted of selling drugs twice and sent to prison both times.

The warrant deals with an FBI undercover operation that accuses Bernal of being involved in the sale of several pounds of methamphetamine in 2015. It began after a man who did time in prison with Bernal tipped off the FBI.

Three others have been named in the case:  26-year-old Adrian Cantu of Austin, 25-year-old Diego Giron of Zumbro Falls and 34-year-old Juan Ramirez of Claremont. A warrant has also been issued for his arrest.
