Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Fire Department says it appears an arsonist has struck again at the same site of a suspicious blaze a few months ago.

The site is an abandoned farm located near the intersection of 31st Ave and 48th St SW in Rochester Township.

The latest fire was reported by a neighbor around 1:30 Tuesday morning.

This fire wiped out the barn and it was decided to let it burn itself out as there was no danger to area property. The previous fire took out the house on the farm and the cause was listed as arson.

A reward is being offered in the case.  Anyone with information can contact the Arson Tipline 1-800-723-2020 or submit a report online here.

Also, the Fire Department was forced to call in a tow truck after one of its rigs became stuck in the mud.
