Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department responded late Saturday night to another suspicious fire involving a stolen vehicle.

Sheriff’s Captain Scott Behrns says a 2013 Ford Edge was found burning at a rural intersection southeast of Byron just before midnight. Investigators later learned the car had been stolen from a parking lot near downtown Rochester some time Saturday night. The damage was estimated at $20,000.

A week ago Sunday, a Hummer that was stolen from the parking lot at Boomer’s Lounge was found burning in Marion Township.
