Dallas, TX (Learfield Wire Services)   John Klingberg got the puck past Devan Dubnyk in overtime Saturday to give the Dallas Stars a 3-2 win over the Wild.

Though he scored just one goal, it could have been a hat trick night for Klingberg. The other two Dallas goals came on shots he fired that were tipped in. Dubnyk had 33 saves, but he has lost two out of three overtimes in the National Hockey League's new three-on-three format.

The loss breaks a three-game winning streak for Minnesota. Nino Niederreiter and Marco Scandella scored goals for the Wild (10-3-3).

Minnesota takes a couple of days off, then plays at Pittsburgh against the Penguins Tuesday.
