If you're looking for a good Easter Egg hunt this weekend, here's at least three that take place in Rochester on Saturday.

Grace Lutheran Church 800 E. Silver Lake Drive) will be hosting the 10th annual Egg Hunt and Family Festival on Saturday April 4th from 10 am – noon. This year there will be activities for the whole family! The fun begins at 10 am in the Fellowship Hall. Kids of all ages will be able to enjoy crafts galore, animal balloons, tattoos and face painting.

The egg hunt is scheduled as follows:

  • Baby Bunnies for  age 0-3 years (11 am)
  • Little Rabbits for age 4-7 years (11:15 am)
  • Happy Hares for age 7 and above (11:30 am)

The Eggstravaganza will be held rain or shine!  As always, Hoppy Bunny will serve as the Master of Ceremonies and will be available for hugs and pictures throughout the event.

Word of Life Church and Seeds of Wisdom Academy are sponsoring the GREAT COMMUNITY EASTER EGGstravaganza at Homestead Park (1481 8 1/2 Street SE, Rochester MN) on Saturday April 4th starting at 11am.  This free event is open to the public.

Come enjoy a day of family fun featuring a massive Egg Hunt, face-painting, and of course, lots and lots of free candy and prizes for all ages! Sponsored by Word of Life Church and Seeds of Wisdom Academy.

People of Hope Church (3703 West Country Club Road; Rochester) is hosting its Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday April 4th beginning at 10am.

The Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt invites members of the community together to give children a fun, grand-scale egg hunt experience. Everyone is welcome to attend.

All children, ages preschool through sixth grade are invited to come search People of Hope’s pastoral landscape for more than 6,000 eggs that will be hidden throughout. The property will be sectioned into age-appropriate levels of difficulty for finding eggs. A peanut-free section will also be provided for children with a peanut allergy as well as a section for children with special accessibility needs.
