Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - At least eight people have been killed in traffic wrecks in southeast Minnesota in the past three weeks.

The latest victim was 56-year-old Harold Bredesen of Racine who was killed Thursday when his pickup truck collided with a semi-truck on Highway 63 south of Stewartville around noon. The Winnipeg man driving the semi-truck was not hurt. The road was icy at the time.

A Rochester man was killed Wednesday when he rolled his car near Stewartville. The State Patrol says 21-year-old Samuel Becker crashed on I-90 two miles east of the Highway 63 interchange.
