25 Years Probation for Sex Abuse
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A rural Stewartville man has been sentenced to 25-years on probation for sexually abusing a young girl.
54-year-old Michael Loren Rosolack earlier pleaded guilty to a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl several years ago. 25 Years Probation for Sex Abuse In addition to probation, Rosolack will have to spend 90 days in jail and was given a stayed 3 year prison sentence that could be executed if he fails to meet the terms of his probation.
While he was in court for his sentencing on Wednesday, a separate prostitution-related charge against Rosolack was dismissed. In that case, he was accused of offering a local prostitute money to have sex with her grandchildren. His criminal record includes a misdemeanor conviction stemming from a prostitution sting investigation conducted by local authorities in January.
