14-years in Prison for Lonsdale Man in ID Theft Case
A federal judge has sentenced a south-central Minnesota man to 14 ½ years in prison for his conviction on multiple identity theft-related charges.
36-year-old Khemall Jokhoo of Lonsdale was found guilty of 11 counts of bank fraud, 10 counts of aggravated identity theft, 11 mail and wire fraud charges, along with a single count of false personation of an officer or employee of the federal government.
He was accused of attempting to steal over $700,000 using the identities of over 60 victims.
