Minneapolis Firetruck Hit by Bullets

Minneapolis, MN (Learfield Wire Services) - Minneapolis police say some firefighters were caught in the middle of a rolling gunfight down a residential street Friday afternoon.  

There were three firefighters on the truck that was hit by at least three bullets. The truck was returning from a fire call and was not the intended target. Police say one person in a passing car was shooting at another car when the truck passed between the vehicles around 5:00 pm.
