Police say a fight shortly after a bar near the Target Center closed escalated quickly into a shooting.  Dozens of people were in the area at the time.  As many as 18 police officers were patrolling when the shots rang out at about 2:30 a-m.

The fatality happened in the second shooting about two hours later.  Police say that incident may have been drug related.  Two guns were recovered.  Names of the people injured and the three who were arrested were not released.
